Tom Hutchison has been a member of ISOGG since 2008. He is the co-founder with Debbie Kennett of the ISOGG Wiki. He is the group administrator or co-administrator of three DNA projects at Family Tree DNA:
- Co-administrator along with Administrator, Nancy Kiser and co-administrator, Virginia Phillips-Smith of the Phillips DNA project
- Group administrator and founder of the Grau DNA project, established in December 2008
- Group administrator of the Pritchard DNA project, which includes the surnames Pritchett and Prickett, volunteered to administrate in January 2010
Tom lives in the US. He has been active in genealogy since 1996. He is the founder of the Google Discussion Group, Early North Carolina Phillips Families, which maintains a sister website, www.encphillips.com, of Phillips families in early North Carolina tied to Family Groups in the Phillips DNA Project. He has also built two other websites for other FTDNA surname projects in addition to the websites he built for the projects of which he is the administator or co-administrator. Tom is currently working on the Early North Carolina Phillips Families Wiki and a few other websites for DNA Surname projects.
