Generic Creeper SmartProject
The instances of the Creeper that appear in Generic Creeper SmartProjects have skills related to basic DNA reconstruction workflows. This type of Creeper also has the ability to spawn each of two other types of Creepers that have either skills related to Reverse Phase or Visual Phasing workflows.
Currently, Generic Creeper instances are trained with the following skills:
- Identification and execution of Humpty Dumpty Option 3 opportunities
- Identification and execution of parent/child family tree linkage opportunities
- Identification and execution of Two-Parent Phase opportunities
- Identification and execution of Missing Parent phasing opportunities
- Identification and execution of chromosome mapping opportunities via the HIR Mapper tool
- Identification and execution of Segment Extraction opportunities
- spawns Reverse Phase Smart Projects where appropriate
- Spawns Visual Phasing Smart Projects where appropriate
Reverse Phase SmartProject
The instances of the Creeper that appear in Reverse SmartProjects have skills related to a Reverse Phase workflow, whereby a parent is phased using the DNA of one or more children.
Visual Phasing SmartProject
The instances of the Creeper that appear in Visual Phasing SmartProjects have skills related to a Visual Phasing workflow, whereby siblings are phased against one another to produce synthetic DNA kits for their parents and grandparents.
