Missing Parent (Borland Genetics)
From ISOGG Wiki
The Missing Parent tool is a phasing script in the Borland Genetics Web Tools and Database that allows users to reconstruct 50% of the DNA of an unavailable parent using the DNA of the available parent. It operates by essentially subtracting out the DNA of the available parent and extracting the out-of-phase allele to a new DNA kit.
