Phoenix (Borland Genetics)

The Phoenix tool is a phasing script in the Borland Genetics Web Tools and Database that allows users to phase kits at the segment level and extract the in-phase alleles across matching segments, to a new DNA kit representing a partial DNA reconstruction of the parent of the focus donor by whom the matching donor is related.
