- Maria Pala, Archaeogenetics Research Group, University of Huddersfield
- Professor Mark Thomas, University College London. The UCL ancient DNA lab was opened in 2012.
- University of York BioArCh Palaeogenomics Laboratory. The principal investigator is Dr Nathan Wales. The laboratory completes projects and trains on each element of a palaeogenetics project from sample choice, wet lab procedures in their bespoke facilities to bioinformatic analysis using their Viking super computer.
