I have been an active member of ISOGG since 2010 and a co-administrator of the Goodwin/Godwin surname DNA project at Family Tree DNA and WorldFamilies.net. I have a degree in Biology and currently working as a Senior Scientist in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department and BRITE Institute at North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. I am currently enrolled in the Master's Program in Library Sciences with a concentration in Archives and Records Management. My hobbies include family history and genetic genealogy. My goal is to build upon my knowledge of genetics and DNA technology and how it can be applied to genealogical research.
