Autosomal SNP comparison chart

The following SNP comparison charts compare the overlap of autosomal SNPs and X chromosome SNPs on the microarray chips provided by the different testing companies.
23andMe v5, LivingDNA v1, FTDNA v2, and MyHeritage v2 use the core Illumina Global Screen Array (GSA) chip with the addition of different custom SNPs. LivingDNA v2 uses an Affymetrix chip customized to provide a mid-range SNP overlap with all other chips.
