Ultimate Phaser (Borland Genetics)

The Ultimate Phaser is the primary phasing tool of the Borland Genetics Web Tools and Database.
The word "ultimate" in the name reflects that it is a single tool that allows full-genome, block-level and segment-level phasing. The tool is integrated with numerous DNA reconstruction workflows on the site, but can also be run directly between any kits with at least one matching segment.
